• 从2020年确定选址开始，甬府.北外滩店从设计到完成施工打磨了将近两年时间。餐厅共有7个包厢，坐拥黄浦江绝佳视野，平视浦东三件套，一览浦江两岸风华。

Yong Fu · North Bund opened in September 2022 and has retained one MICHELIN star and three Black Pearl Diamonds for three consecutive years. Two years in the making, from site selection in 2020 through design and construction, the restaurant features seven private dining rooms with sweeping views of the Huangpu River and Shanghai’s iconic Pudong skyline. At Yong Fu · North Bund, the traditions and techniques of Ningbo cuisine are reinterpreted through a contemporary approach. Modern culinary techniques and state-of-the-art kitchen technology are used to create dishes rooted in the flavours of Ningbo, presented with an international perspective. “The longer I dedicate myself to exploring regional flavours, the deeper my understanding of Ningbo culture becomes.
