• 目前， 甬府餐饮已与新京菜创始人段誉合作，创立了“柿合缘新京菜 ”、现代川菜“食川非川 ”；和湘菜品牌新长福餐饮携手 ，创立了“湘翁 ”；和法餐名厨周晨联手打造了“ LES NUAGES ”法餐厅。

Since 2021, Yong Fu Group has collaborated with leading chefs to explore new possibilities for modern Chinese dining. Moving beyond the boundaries of individual cuisines, regions and teams, these partnerships bring together complementary expertise while celebrating each culinary tradition on its own terms. To date, Yong Fu has partnered with Duan Yu, founder of New Beijing Cuisine, to create Shihe Yuan, as well as the modern Sichuan concept Shichuan Feichuan; with Hunan restaurant group Xinchangfu to establish Xiangweng; and with French chef Zhou Chen to create LES NUAGES. Through these collaborations, Yong Fu continues to embrace a diverse range of cuisines, respecting their traditions while exploring contemporary techniques and new expressions. Together, they form an increasingly diverse restaurant portfolio under Yong Fu Group.
