Shichuan Feichuan is a contemporary Sichuan dining concept created by Yongfu founder Weng Yongjun and acclaimed chef Duan Yu, known for his modern approach to Sichuan cuisine. Rooted in the flavours of Sichuan, the restaurant brings together fresh ingredients sourced from China and around the world with contemporary culinary techniques, offering a fresh interpretation of the region’s rich and diverse cuisine.
